Ingredients/Components

  • milk - 1/4 c
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • melted margarine - 2 Tbsp
  • eggs, beaten - 2 item
  • lemon juice - 2 Tbsp
  • pepper - 1/8 tsp
  • soft bread crumbs
  • finely chopped onion - 1/4 c
  • finely chopped green pepper - 1/2 c
  • cayenne pepper - 1/8 tsp
  • finely chopped celery - 1 c
  • cans tuna, drained and flaked - 2 oz

How to make tuna loaf:

Mix all ingredients well. Spoon into a greased loaf pan. Bake in 375° oven until firm and lightly browned (about 45 minutes). Unmold and serve hot, plain or with mushroom sauce or chilled and sliced for salad. Serves 4 to 6.
