Ingredients/Components
- salmon - 1 can
- quick cook oats - 3/4 c
- chopped parsley - 1 Tbsp
- mustard - 1 tsp
- egg whites - 2 item
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
- dash of pepper - 1 item
How to make salmon burgers:
Drain salmon. Combine salmon with eggs, oats, onion, parsley, lemon juice, mustard and pepper. Add liquid drained from salmon or a small amount of skim milk, if needed, to form patties. Cook in nonstick skillet until golden brown on both sides.Recipe categories: Fish, Saltwater fish, Salmon.
