  • milk - 1/2 c
  • butter or margarine - 1 Tbsp
  • fine dry bread crumbs - 1/2 c
  • fish fillets - 1 lb

How to make oven fried bass:

Cut fillets in serving pieces. Dip in milk and roll in bread crumbs. Place in well-greased baking pan; sprinkle with salt and pepper. Drizzle melted butter or margarine over fish and bake in an extremely hot oven (500°) for 10 to 12 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork. Serves 3 to 4.
