sour cream - 1 pt
salt - 1 tsp
melted butter - 1/2 c
can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
chopped onions - 1/2 c
grated Cheddar cheese - 2 c
crushed corn flakes - 2 c
black pepper - 1/4 tsp
frozen hash browns - 2 lb

How to make potluck potato casserole:

Mix corn flakes with 1/4 cup of the melted butter. Defrost potatoes. Combine potatoes in large mixing bowl with the melted butter. Add soup, salt, pepper and onions. Blend thoroughly. Pour into greased casserole pan. Cover with corn flake crumbs and butter. Cook for 45 minutes on 350°.
