Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1 pt
- salt - 1 tsp
- butter - 1/2 c
- corn flakes - 2 c
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 oz
- chopped onions - 1/2 c
- dash of pepper - 1 item
- grated cheese - 2 c
- frozen hash browns - 2 lb
How to make hash brown casserole:
Defrost hash browns. Add 1/2 cup butter, salt and pepper and mix together. Add sour cream, grated cheese, soup and onions; blend. Pour into 3 quart casserole dish.Mix corn flakes with 1/4 cup butter. Spread on top. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
