Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- milk - 1/2 c
- sour cream - 2 c
- melted margarine - 2 Tbsp
- margarine, melted - 1/2 c
- crushed cornflakes - 1 c
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- grated Cheddar cheese - 2 c
- bunch minced green onions - 1 item
How to make potato casserole:
Preheat oven to 350°. Mix hash brown potatoes with the margarine, soup, sour cream, milk, onions, cheese, salt and pepper. Spoon into greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Mix crushed cornflakes with melted margarine and spread evenly over the top of the potato mixture. Bake for 45 minutes. Serves 12.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Casseroles.
