Ingredients/Components
- water - 1/4 c
- grated cheese - 1 item
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- small onion, chopped - 1 item
- tomatoes, chopped - 2 item
- croutons - 1 item
- stick oleo - 1/4 item
- bell pepper, chopped - 1 item
- slices cheese - 4 item
- small zucchini squash - 2 item
How to make squash casserole:
Cook zucchini, onion, bell pepper, tomatoes, salt and pepper in water until tender. Drain. Add slices of cheese and oleo. Put into casserole dish. Top with croutons and grated cheese. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Squash, Side dish, Casseroles.
