Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- milk - 1 c
- sour cream - 1 pt
- Velveeta cheese - 1 c
- oleo, melted - 1/2 c
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- crushed corn flakes - 2 c
- minced onions - 1/2 c
- stick melted oleo - 1 item
How to make scalloped potatoes:
Put potatoes on bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan. Then add onions and oleo, then salt and pepper. Heat soups, milk, sour cream and cheese until melted. Pour over potatoes. Then put on topping of corn flakes. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.Recipe categories: Low protein, Potato, Vegetables.
