  • medium onion, sliced - 1 item
  • bacon bits optional - 1 item
  • to 8 potatoes, washed and sliced with skins - 6 item
  • stick margarine, cut into patties - 1 item

How to make potato casserole:

Put potatoes and onion in baking dish; add margarine patties on top. Cover with Saran Wrap and microwave on High for 5 minutes. Stir and microwave 5 more minutes or until tender. Serve hot.
