- boxes chopped broccoli - 2 item
- eggs - 2 item
- mayonnaise - 1 c
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- crushed Ritz crackers - 2 c
- grated cheese - 2 c
- medium onion, chopped - 1 item
- stick margarine, melted - 1/2 item
How to make broccoli casserole:
Heat broccoli to thaw. Drain. In large bowl, mix together broccoli, eggs, soup, onion and mayonnaise. In separate bowl, mix crackers and cheese. Mix 1/2 cheese mixture with broccoli.
