  • pkg - 1 oz
  • chopped onions - 1/2 c
  • grated Cheddar cheese - 1/2 c
  • can cream of celery soup - 1 item

How to make creamy au gratin potatoes:

In saucepan, cook onion until tender. Add soup and cream cheese; stir constantly until smooth and hot. In greased baking dish, layer with frozen hash browns and cream sauce. Make sure you end in cream sauce. Cover and bake in 400° oven for 45 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Remove from oven and sprinkle with grated cheese.
