Ingredients/Components
- medium sweet onion, chopped - 1 item
- stalk celery, chopped - 1 item
- butter - 1/4 c
- flour - 3 Tbsp
- to 2 qt - 28 oz
- peanut butter - 1/2 3/4
- half and half
How to make peanut soup:
Saut?© onion and celery in butter until soft, but not brown. Stir in flour and blend. Add chicken stock, stirring constantly, and bring to a boil.
