- flour - 1 Tbsp
- butter - 2 Tbsp
- onion, chopped - 3 Tbsp
- whole milk
- Swiss cheese, grated 8 oz - 2 c
How to make swiss broccoli soup:
Heat milk in large saucepan until simmering. Cook broccoli and onion in milk until tender. Melt butter in small saucepan; stir in flour. Add butter flour mixture to milk. Cook and stir 3 minutes.
