Cream of broccoli soup
Ingredients/Components
- finely chopped onion - 1 tsp
- butter - 2 Tbsp
- flour - 2 3
- salt - 1 tsp
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- pureed, cooked broccoli - 1 c
- half and half - 1 c
- milk - 2 c
How to make cream of broccoli soup:
Saute onion in butter. Blend in flour, salt and pepper. Stir over medium heat until smooth and bubbly. Stir in cooked broccoli; boil 1 minute, stirring constantly.
