Ingredients/Components
- flour - 1 Tbsp
- stick margarine - 1/2 item
- chopped peanuts - 1/2 c
- lemon juice - 1 tsp
- chopped celery - 1/4 c
- minced onion - 1/4 c
- creamy peanut butter - 1 c
- beef bouillon - 4 c
How to make peanut soup:
In top of double boiler, melt margarine. Add onion and celery. Saute until tender. Place over boiling water. Add creamy peanut butter and flour; blend well. Stir in beef bouillon and lemon juice.
