eggs - 2 item
vanilla - 1 tsp
flour - 3 c
butter - 1/2 c
soda - 1 tsp
shortening - 1/2 c
peanut butter - 1 c
white sugar - 1 c

How to make peanut butter cookies:

Cream shortening and add sugar; add peanut butter, beaten eggs, dry ingredients (sifted together) and flour. Mix well. Shape into balls about size of walnuts. Place 1 or 2 inches apart on cookie sheet. Press with a fork to flatten and mark. Bake at 375° for about 12 minutes.
