Potato soup



  • milk - 2 c
  • flour - 3 4
  • pepper to taste - 1 item
  • salt to taste - 1 item
  • onions, chopped - 2 item
  • celery seed to taste - 1 item
  • to 8 medium potatoes, cubed - 6 item
  • small container Cheez Whiz - 1 item

How to make potato soup:

Cover potatoes and onions with water in large pot. Season with salt and celery seed. Cook until potatoes and onions are tender.

Mix flour and water to form thick liquid. Remove all lumps. Add milk to this mixture. Add flour, water and milk mixture to potatoes. Stir until soup thickens to desired consistency. Add cheese and pepper. Stir to melt.
