Corn casserole
Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1 pt
- eggs, beaten - 2 item
- stick butter - 1 item
- grated Cheddar cheese - 2 c
- pepper to taste - 1 item
- salt to taste - 1 item
- can cream-style corn - 15 oz
- onions, chopped finely - 2 item
- box Jiffy corn muffin mix - 1 item
- green pepper, chopped finely - 1 item
- can drained whole kernel corn - 15 oz
How to make corn casserole:
Saute onion and green pepper in butter. Fold corn into beaten eggs. Add Jiffy mix to egg mixture, then add onion and green pepper. Put in well-greased 9 x 12-inch baking dish. Spread with sour cream and cheese. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 375° for 40 minutes. Serves 8 to 10.Recipe categories: Side dish, Corn, Casseroles.
