Stuffed potatoes
Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1 pt
- butter - 1 Tbsp
- diced onion - 1 item
- pepper to taste - 1 item
- salt to taste - 1 item
- garlic salt to taste - 1 item
- bacon bits - 1 item
- Cheddar cheese, shredded - 1 item
- baking potatoes - 4 item
How to make stuffed potatoes:
Bake potatoes until done, either in the oven or the microwave. Cut the top off of the potatoes. Scoop out the center of the potatoes into a large bowl. To the potato, add butter, salt, pepper and garlic salt. Add cheese (as much as you like), bacon bits and diced onions. Use as much or as little of these items as you like. Mix well. Gradually add the sour cream; mix until the mixture is almost creamy. Spoon the mixture back into the potato shells. Microwave 1 to 2 minutes before serving.
