Ingredients/Components
- brown sugar - 1/2 c
- vinegar - 1/2 c
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- chopped celery - 1/2 c
- ground beef - 2 lb
- salt to taste - 1 item
- tomato catsup
- small jar prepared mustard - 1 item
How to make oven barbecue:
Spread meat in baking pan and put in 400° oven. Stir occasionally until done. Combine remaining ingredients in saucepan and heat on top unit. Pour over meat all together and serve on hot buns. Reduce heat to 300° to keep barbecue ready to serve.Recipe categories: Meat, Beef, Low Carb.
