  • ground beef - 1/2 lb
  • salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
  • parsley - 2 tsp
  • macaroni
  • beef broth
  • slice white bread, soaked in water and squeezed dry - 1 item

How to make meatball soup:

Soup:4 c. beef broth1 1/2 c. macaroni grated cheese Form balls the size of a nickel. Bring broth to a boil; add meatballs. Simmer 10 minutes. Add macaroni. Simmer 10 to 15 minutes longer. Sprinkle with grated cheese before serving.
