- ground beef - 1/2 lb
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- parsley - 2 tsp
- macaroni
- beef broth
- slice white bread, soaked in water and squeezed dry - 1 item
How to make meatball soup:
Soup:4 c. beef broth1 1/2 c. macaroni grated cheese Form balls the size of a nickel. Bring broth to a boil; add meatballs. Simmer 10 minutes. Add macaroni. Simmer 10 to 15 minutes longer. Sprinkle with grated cheese before serving.Recipe categories: Soups & stews, Meat, Beef.
