Ingredients/Components
- Mozzarella cheese - 8 oz
- Ricotta cheese - 3 lb
- Romano cheese - 1/4 c
- pepperoni, ham or sausage - 1 item
- dough per person - 1/2 lb
- dash of: parsley, pepper, oregano, onion salt, garlic powder, garlic salt - 1 item
How to make calzone:
Roll dough into 12-inch circle. Place filling on one side. Fold in half and seal well. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Main dish, Meat, Pork.
