Ingredients/Components
- packed brown sugar - 4 Tbsp
- ketchup - 4 Tbsp
- thin lemon slices - 4 item
- thin onion slices - 4 item
- pork loin or rib chops about 3/4-inch thick - 4 item
How to make lemon pork chops:
Heat oven to 350°. Sprinkle both sides of chops with salt. Place pork chops in ungreased shallow baking pan or dish. Top each pork chop with onion slice, lemon slice, 1 tablespoon brown sugar and 1 tablespoon ketchup. Cover and bake 30 minutes. Uncover and bake 30 minutes longer, spooning sauce onto pork chops occasionally until done.Recipe categories: Main dish, Meat, Pork.
