Swiss chicken quiche
Ingredients/Components
- flour - 2 Tbsp
- eggs, well beaten - 3 item
- chopped onion - 1/4 c
- 4 oz - 1 c
- chopped pimento - 2 Tbsp
- chopped bell pepper - 2 Tbsp
- cubed cooked chicken or turkey - 2 c
- Borden milk - 1 c
- chicken-flavor instant bouillon - 1 Tbsp
- 9-inch unbaked pastry shell pricked with fork - 1 item
How to make swiss chicken quiche:
Preheat oven to 425°. Bake pastry shell 8 minutes; remove from oven. Reduce oven temperature to 350°. In medium bowl, toss cheese with flour and bouillon. Add all remaining ingredients. Mix well.
