Ingredients/Components
- can tomato soup - 1 item
- large green pepper - 1 item
- large onion - 1 item
- 1 to 1 1/2-inch center cut pork chops - 6 item
How to make baked pork chops:
Brown pork chops. Place pepper in pot of water and bring to a boil. Remove. Slice onion and pepper into six slices. Put pork chops in baking dish. To each pork chop, add 1 onion slice, 1 pepper slice and a spoonful of undiluted tomato soup. (Evenly divide can of soup between the six pork chops.) Add tiny bit of water to dish. Cover tightly with foil. Bake at 350° for about an hour until meat is done.Recipe categories: Meat, Pork chop, Pork.
