Ingredients/Components
- vegetable oil - 1/2 c
- bay leaf - 1 item
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- sliced onion - 1 item
- thyme - 1 tsp
- rosemary - 1 tsp
- leg of lamb - 1 item
- juice of lemon or lime - 1 item
- to 5 cloves of garlic - 4 item
How to make marinated leg of lamb:
Mix ingredients and pour over lamb. Turn from time to time, for about 2 hours or more. Roast in 325° oven for 25 minutes to the pound or internal meat thermometer at 175° to 180° for well done; 160° to 165° for slightly pink (very tender).
