Saucy pork chops
Ingredients/Components
- Worcestershire sauce - 2 3
- catsup - 1/4 c
- can condensed cream of chicken soup - 1 1/2
- medium onion, sliced - 1 item
- pork chops, 3/4-inch thick - 6 item
How to make saucy pork chops:
In skillet, brown chops in small amount of hot oil. Season with salt and pepper. Top chops with onion slices. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over chops. Cover; simmer 45 to 60 minutes or until done. Remove chops to platter. Spoon sauce over. Serves 6.Serve with rice or mashed potatoes.
