Deer jerky



  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • pepper - 1 tsp
  • Worcestershire sauce - 1 item
  • garlic salt - 1/2 tsp
  • onion salt - 1/2 tsp
  • liquid smoke optional - 1 tsp

How to make deer jerky:

Use 11 x 13 x 2-inch pan to marinate meat.

Mix ingredients. Put meat in pan. Add enough Worcestershire sauce to the ingredients to cover meat good. Let soak for 1 hour, if meat is not covered good. Turn over after thirty minutes. Put in dehydrator trays and turn dehydrator to high heat. Let cook for 10 to 12 hours until chewy. Can store in refrigerator or in airtight container.
