Marinated carrots
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- salt - 1 Tbsp
- vinegar - 3/4 c
- salad oil - 1/2 c
- pepper - 1 Tbsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 Tbsp
- prepared mustard - 1 Tbsp
- sliced carrots - 5 c
- medium red onion - 1 item
- small bell pepper - 1 item
- can tomato soup, undiluted - 1 item
How to make marinated carrots:
Cook carrots until just tender. Chop onion and bell pepper. Mix all together and allow to marinate one hour or longer. Sauce can be used over salad or chicken can be added and eaten with rice as a casserole.Recipe categories: < 60 mins, Vegetables, Carrots.
