Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- whipping cream - 1 pt
- cinnamon to taste - 1 item
- rhubarb, diced - 4 c
- box white cake mix - 1 item
How to make rhubarb cake:
Mix cake as instructed on box and pour the cake batter into a 9 x 13-inch pan. Spread rhubarb over the top of cake batter. Sprinkle cinnamon and sugar on top of rhubarb; then pour cream on top of cinnamon and sugar. Bake at 350° for 1 hour or until done.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, < 60 mins.
