Ingredients/Components

• to 7 medium apples grated like cheese - 6 item
• cinnamon - 4 tsp
• sugar - 3/4 c
• chopped pecans - 1/2 c
• Batter:3 c
• cooking oil - 1 c
• eggs - 4 item
• pineapple juice - 1/2 c
• vanilla - 2 tsp

How to make granny's apple cake:

Stir up filling ingredients and set aside.Batter:3 c. self-rising flour2 c. sugar1 c. cooking oil4 eggs1/2 c. pineapple juice2 tsp. vanilla Beat all batter ingredients together. Pour 1/2 of batter into sheet cake pan, then sprinkle 1/2 of the filling on top, then pour on the rest of the batter, then sprinkle the rest of the filling on top. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes to an hour.
