Coconut candy

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 2 c
• vanilla - 1 tsp
• milk - 1/2 c
• coconut - 1/2 1
• stick butter - 1 item
• oatmeal - 3 c
• dark cocoa - 1/2 c

How to make coconut candy:

Mix all ingredients in double boiler for 3 minutes. Bring to a boil or to soft ball stage. Add oatmeal, coconut and nuts; mix together. Work fast as it hardens fast. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto wax paper.
