Yummy sweet potato casserole
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- chopped pecans - 1/2 c
- milk - 1/2 c
- vanilla extract - 1 tsp
- flour - 1/4 c
- eggs, beaten - 2 item
- firmly packed brown sugar - 1/2 c
- butter or margarine, melted - 1/2 c
- butter, melted
- mashed sweet potatoes - 5 c
How to make yummy sweet potato casserole:
Combine first 6 ingredients. Mix until well blended. Spoon mixture into lightly greased 12 x 8 x 2-inch dish and set aside. Combine the next ingredients and sprinkle over sweet potato mixture. Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes. Yields 10 servings. (Sometimes I experiment with other extracts and add a trace of nutmeg.)Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Yam/sweet potato.
