Ingredients/Components

- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- chopped onion - 1/4 c
- olive oil - 2 Tbsp
- dried thyme leaves - 1/2 tsp
- crushed garlic cloves - 2 item
- dry white wine or water - 1/2 c

- dried sage leaves - 1 tsp
- total skinned, boneless chicken breast halves - 6 (1
- fresh asparagus or 1 c - 1/2 lb
How to make garden chicken:
Saute onion and garlic in oil in 10-inch skillet until tender but not browned. Add chicken. Brown on both sides, 2 to 3 minutes per side. Sprinkle with sage, thyme, salt and pepper. Cut up tomatoes.
