- Worcestershire sauce - 1 Tbsp
- can Ro-Tel tomatoes - 1 item
- bell pepper - 1 item
- onion - 1 item
- small can mushrooms - 1 item
- celery - 1/2 tsp
- chicken, boiled and deboned - 1 item
- vermicelli spaghetti - 1 (12
How to make rotel chicken:
Cook spaghetti in broth; drain (save broth). Do not rinse. Chop and saute onions and peppers in oleo; add celery flakes, tomatoes and cheese. Cook until melted. Combine spaghetti, chicken, Worcestershire sauce, mushrooms and cheese mixture. Stir and cook until well heated. Use broth if needed to make moist.Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Casseroles.
