Chicken enchiladas



  • cream - 2 c
  • chicken broth - 2 c
  • onion - 1 item
  • hen - 1 item
  • shredded cheese - 2 c
  • cans green chilies - 2 item
  • tortillas - 1 doz
  • can enchilada sauce - 1 item

How to make chicken enchiladas:

Cook hen; boil to make broth. Simmer onion, green chilies, enchilada sauce and chicken broth. Add chicken (diced), shredded cheese and cream. Place in baking dish, one layer of sauce, then a layer of tortillas torn in pieces. Repeat until all tortillas and sauce are used up. Bake in 350° oven for 1 hour.
