Ingredients/Components

  • egg - 1 item
  • dry mustard - 1/2 tsp
  • salt and pepper - 1 tsp
  • parsley - 1 tsp
  • Old Bay seasoning - 1 tsp
  • yellow mustard - 1/2 Tbsp
  • slices stale bread, cubed - 4 item
  • crab meat regular; you can use backfin or claw - 1 lb
  • mayonnaise full ones - 2 Tbsp

How to make crab cakes:

Mix stale bread and crab meat together. Blend remaining ingredients together and then fold into the crab mixture. Make patties or cakes. Deep fry until golden brown at 375°.
