Ingredients/Components
- egg - 1 item
- dry mustard - 1/2 tsp
- salt and pepper - 1 tsp
- parsley - 1 tsp
- Old Bay seasoning - 1 tsp
- yellow mustard - 1/2 Tbsp
- slices stale bread, cubed - 4 item
- crab meat regular; you can use backfin or claw - 1 lb
- mayonnaise full ones - 2 Tbsp
How to make crab cakes:
Mix stale bread and crab meat together. Blend remaining ingredients together and then fold into the crab mixture. Make patties or cakes. Deep fry until golden brown at 375°.Recipe categories: Seafood, Shellfish, Crab.
