Ingredients/Components
- crab meat - 1 lb
- Old Bay or other seafood seasoning - 1 tsp
- egg, beaten - 1 item
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 tsp
- parsley, chopped - 2 Tbsp
- baking powder - 1 Tbsp
- mayonnaise - 1 Tbsp
- 1/2 slices bread, with crust removed - 1 item
How to make crab cakes:
Break bread in small pieces and moisten with a little milk. Mix together and shape into cakes. Fry quickly, until brown.To lower calories, spray cookie sheet with cooking spray and bake cakes at 400° until lightly brown. Remove quickly with spatula.
