Ingredients/Components

  • crab meat - 1 lb
  • Old Bay or other seafood seasoning - 1 tsp
  • egg, beaten - 1 item
  • Worcestershire sauce - 1 tsp
  • parsley, chopped - 2 Tbsp
  • baking powder - 1 Tbsp
  • mayonnaise - 1 Tbsp
  • 1/2 slices bread, with crust removed - 1 item

How to make crab cakes:

Break bread in small pieces and moisten with a little milk. Mix together and shape into cakes. Fry quickly, until brown.

To lower calories, spray cookie sheet with cooking spray and bake cakes at 400° until lightly brown. Remove quickly with spatula.
