Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- evaporated skim milk - 1/4 c
- crushed corn flakes or dried bread crumbs - 2 c
- fish fillets about 1 pound - 4 item
- vegetale oil - 4 tsp
How to make oven fried fish:
Preheat oven to 500 degrees. Cut fish into four serving pieces if necessary. Add salt and pepper to crumbs. Pour milk into shallow pan and dip fish in milk, then in crumbs. Arrange fish on baking sheet sprayed with nonstick vegetable cooking spray. Sprinkle oil over fish. Bake for 10 minutes.Recipe categories: Main dish, Fish, Seafood.
