Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1/2 c
- salt - 2 tsp
- fish - 2 lbs
- fine, dry bread crumbs - 1 c
- melted butter or oil - 4 T
How to make oven-fried fish:
Cut fish into serving-size steaks or fillets. Dip in milk combined with salt, then in bread crumbs. Place in a single layer in a greased shallow pan. Pour on melted butter or oil. Bake at 400 degrees about 20 minutes until fish flakes easily with fork. Serve with lemon wedge or Tartar Sauce.Recipe categories: Main dish, Fish, Seafood.
