Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- oil - 1/2 c
- egg - 1 item
- dry mustard - 1/2 tsp
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 2 tsp
- soft bread crumbs - 2 c
- mayonnaise - 1/4 c
- chopped parsley - 1 Tbsp
- crab meat - 1 lb
- drops hot pepper sauce - 2 item
How to make crab cakes:
Mix mayonnaise, egg, parsley, mustard, salt and pepper, pepper sauce and Worcestershire sauce. Add crab meat and 1 cup bread crumbs; mix well. Shape in 8 patties and coat with remaining 1 cup crumbs. Fry in hot oil until brown.Recipe categories: Seafood, Shellfish, Crab.
