- eggs - 2 item
- salt - 1 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 2 Tbsp
- bread crumbs - 1 c
- mayonnaise - 3 Tbsp
- onion, chopped - 1 item
- crab meat - 1 lb
How to make crab cakes:
Mix crab meat, onion and bread crumbs. Beat eggs. Add mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce and salt. Add to crab meat. Shape into cakes. Fry until brown.Recipe categories: Seafood, Shellfish, Crab.
