Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- mayonnaise - 1 c
- finely chopped onion - 3/4 c
- finely chopped celery - 1 c
- can tomato soup undiluted - 1 item
- Knox unflavored gelatine - 1 pkg
- cans tiny shrimp, well drained - 2 item
How to make shrimp mold:
Bring soup to boil. Add cream cheese; stir until melted. Slowly add gelatine. Add shrimp, celery and onion; stir. Remove from heat; cool for 5 minutes. Add mayonnaise; stir. Place in greased mold (3 1/2 cup mold) in refrigerator until firm.Recipe categories: Seafood, Shellfish, Shrimp.
