  • sugar - 2 Tbsp
  • eggs - 3 item
  • milk - 2 c
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • butter - 1 Tbsp
  • minced onion - 1 Tbsp
  • stewed corn - 2 c
  • minced green pepper - 1/4 c
  • minced pimento - 1 item

How to make corn pudding:

Preheat oven to 325°. Beat eggs slightly. Add milk, sugar and salt. Add the corn to the remaining ingredients. Add to milk mixture. Stir. Pour into 8-inch greased casserole and bake for 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Serve with hot or mild cheese or tomato sauce.
