Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 3 item
- vanilla - 2 tsp
- chopped pecans - 1 c
- granulated sugar - 1 c
- stick margarine - 1 item
- brown sugar
- all-purpose flour - 1/2 c
- can condensed milk - 1 oz
- stick soft margarine - 1 item
- can yams, drained and mashed - 1 oz
How to make yam casserole:
Topping:1 c. brown sugar1 stick soft margarine1/2 c. all-purpose flour1 c. chopped pecans Mix all casserole ingredients well and pour into a greased cake pan. Mix topping ingredients together and spread over yam mixture. Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes.
