Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- sour cream - 1 c
- can whole kernel corn, drained - 1 item
- grated Cheddar cheese - 1 c
- stick melted butter - 1 item
- can creamed corn - 1 item
- box Jiffy corn muffin mix - 1 item
How to make corn pudding:
Mix all ingredients, except cheese, and put into a 9 X 13-inch baking dish. Top with grated cheese. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Side dish, Vegetables, Corn.
