How to make chop suey:
Brown beef in oil. Add 2 cups water; simmer until meat is tender. Add onion, celery and soy sauce; cook for 10 minutes. Rinse and add vegetables and bean sprouts. Cook 10 minutes longer. Thicken with mixture of sorghum, cornstarch, ginger and 1/4 cup water. Serve over rice.Recipe categories: < 4 hours, Time to make, Main dish.
