- milk - 1 qt
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour - 3 Tbsp
- sticks butter - 2 item
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- seasoned salt - 1 tsp
- cheese spread - 1 c
- potatoes, peeled, sliced and cooked - 18 item
How to make au gratin potatoes:
Melt butter in pan; blend in flour and seasonings. Stir until smooth. Add milk and cook until thickened, stirring constantly. Add cheese and heat until melted.
