Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1 c
- margarine - 1/2 c
- onion, chopped - 1/2 item
- can mixed vegetables - 1 item
- can cream of chicken - 1 item
- chicken breasts, cooked and deboned - 4 item
- unbaked deep-dish pie shells - 2 item
How to make chicken pot pie:
Place deboned chicken in bottom of 1 pie shell. Mix together sour cream, margarine, cream of chicken, onions and mixed vegetables. Pour mixture over chicken. Season to taste. Place second pie shell on top. Use a fork and go around the edge of pie. Cut 3 to 4 vents on top of pie. Bake 45 minutes at 350°.Recipe categories: Casseroles, One Dish meal, Savory pies.
