Ingredients/Components
- garlic powder - 1/2 tsp
- parsley flakes - 1 tsp
- can tomato paste - 1 item
- Italian seasoning - 1 tsp
- Italian sausage - 1 lb
- small curd cottage cheese - 1 lb
- can tomato puree - 1 item
- can Stewed Tomatoes - 1 item
- Mozarella cheese - 8 oz
- box Lasagne noodles - 1 item
How to make lasagne:
Cut casings from Italian sausage and brown, drain well. Boil Lasagne noodles 15 minutes and drain. Mix sauce: paste, stewed tomatoes, puree, parsley, Italian seasoning, garlic powder and add Italian sausage. Set aside. Arrange in layers in greased 13 x 9 x 2 pan (sauce, noodles, cottage cheese, sauce, noodles, mozzarella cheese etc. End with noodles on top. Cover with foil and bake at 350° for 60 minutes.
